Prisoner Trials
I believe that those from Guantanamo bay should be tried in the country that they cam from, or in whatever country they committed the crime that put them in Guantanamo. If they committed a crime in a country they do not belong its only fair to try them with the legal system of that country. If they decide do perform a crime they should be punished and receive those circumstances for committing that crime in whatever country it applies to.

I'm not quite sure if i agree with this. If they are brought back to say. Afghanistan, where there is no one in power, its possible that they could be welcomed back a hero! If they committed a crime bad enough to put them in Guantanamo, they deserve any punishment they get.
